Hi!

My name is Marie Le Conte. I’m a French-Moroccan freelance journalist living in London. I write about politics and other things, for publications including the Guardian, the Sunday Times, the i newspaper, Vogue and others.

I used to have a magazine column but it got cancelled, due to the vagaries of the media industry. I enjoyed having a column so I thought I’d launch a Substack in order to keep writing one. I’d say it’s going pretty well.
