Lindsay Lohan, Hinge and the far right

Hello!

Hi! I read some stuff this week! Joy to the world! First there was this terrific piece on Lindsay Lohan, celebrity and addiction, by Rax King. I’m biased as I believe I would probably read literally anything written by her and enjoy it but still: it’s a very good essay, sharp and funny and confessional but not in a weird way.

The other thing I read and really enjoyed is, er, of a different vibe altogether, namely a long column in French (sorry, pardon) on political journalism and the far right, which makes a number of points that verrrrry much apply to British political journalism. Apologies to non-French speakers but in my defence: I am French.
